Be careful with complaints about the food. The landlord and cook seem to feel personally attacked, become insulting and loud. Although the dish went back to the kitchen without a replacement, it was billed in full. When asked about it, we were brushed off with the comment that there was nothing to complain about about the food and that we had no idea. Unfortunately, you cannot assign zero stars.

Well, I can't quite understand the enthusiastic reviews. Excursion restaurant in nature, for hiking. House a bit old and old-fashioned. Nice and attentive service. But I didn't like frozen mushrooms and hash browns. There was majo and ketchup from the big bottle. The beer could have been colder. The wine was ok. I would have liked to give 3.5 stars.

After a nice hike in the Firnsbachtal and in the Habichtswald, a stop at the country inn is recommended! Good down-to-earth cuisine with the appropriate drinks! The beer garden is open when the weather is nice!

The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you have your meal at the table, you are really convinced. Delicious, adequate size, and a very friendly staff. You can also walk from the restaurant on beautiful hiking trails. But this should really only be done in good weather. We had freezing rain on the track and it was getting dangerous.

Delicious for slaughtering food. Selection was okay. But what was there was delicious. Tables were a bit tight. Staff were very friendly. All in all it was good and I would come again.

You can eat and drink well. Nice service. Lies a bit hidden on the Habichtswald, where you can walk in good weather.
